Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
- For cancellation requests, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Customized Products
- All customized products are made specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be canceled, modified, or returned after confirmation.
Standard Products
- Orders can be canceled within 14 business days of receiving the product.
- A full refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs) upon return of the product in its original condition and packaging.
- A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or $25 (whichever is lower) applies.
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 business days of receiving the product, or 3 business days during sale promotions.
- The company reserves the right to approve or deny returns and exchanges, particularly if the product has been used.
Defective Products
- Defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Customers must provide photos of the defective product for review.
- If a product is confirmed to be defective, a replacement will be issued, provided it has not been used and a receipt is included.
- The company may offer compensation, benefits, or product replacements at its discretion.

Delivery Method
- All orders are delivered directly to your home via a reliable courier service.
- Customers will receive real-time updates from the courier company about the shipment’s status.
Delivery Time
- Non-customized products: Up to 5 business days
- Customized products: Up to 10 business days
- Business days are Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves are not considered business days.
- Deliveries may take longer for remote areas.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $239: $10 shipping fee
- Orders over $239: Free shipping
